How to Use
How it works
Apply before check-in
If you would like everything ready when you arrive
- On the application form, choose “Before check-in” and enter the name on your booking, the booking site, and your check-in and check-out dates.
- Use the button on the next screen to pay by credit card. Your request is confirmed once payment is complete.
- When you check in, the IH stove, rice cooker and tableware will be set up in your room’s kitchen.
Anytime during your stay

Need it partway through your stay? Apply right away
- On the application form, choose “After check-in (during your stay)” and enter your name, room number, booking site and check-out date.
- Use the button on the next screen to pay by credit card.
- Once payment is complete, your unlock code appears on screen right away. Unlock the cupboard (or kitchen cabinet) and enjoy.
If you booked your stay on Airbnb, we will send you an additional-fee request through Airbnb messages after you apply (there is no payment on this page).
Rules
Rental rules
- This service is for guests staying at Villa Izumizaki.
- The price is ¥2,000 per 2 weeks (incl. tax). For requests made before check-in, it is based on the number of nights of your stay; for requests made during your stay, on the number of nights from today to your check-out date.
- Your request is confirmed once payment is complete (if you booked on Airbnb, once you pay the additional-fee request through Airbnb).
- For requests made during your stay, the unlock code is shown only on the screen after payment. Please save it as a screenshot.
- The plastic plates can be used in the microwave, but please do not heat them for 2 minutes or longer.
- Using the IH stove, microwave, rice cooker and electric kettle at the same time may trip the circuit breaker. Please avoid using them at the same time (the breaker is by the entrance).
- Glasses (microwave-safe), dish soap, sponges and kitchen paper are provided in the room (there are no mugs). Seasonings are not provided.
- If you do not use the tableware rental, you are welcome to bring a portable gas stove.
- If you have any questions, please contact us through the messaging feature of the site you booked on (if you booked on our official website, you can also reply to your booking confirmation email).
